The renovation of the farmhouse has faithfully followed ecological principles, through the use of local materials and the recovery of demolition elements.

PV PANEL

For the production of electricity we have created a system of photovoltaic panels, sufficient to generate 3.5 kWh. Therefore, every time we use electricity, we do it only thanks to the sunlight, and not to the exploitation of natural resources

Rain water recovery

To save water, a recovery system has been envisaged: the water deriving from the downpipes, in fact, is collected in a tank, and used in the garden and vegetable garden irrigation .

Phytodepuration

The disposal of the dark water takes place through a phytodepuration, tank in which the roots of the plants contribute to the purification of the wastewater.

La The main structure is made up of large, well-lit rooms furnished with completely restored antique elements.

Recently, two independent lodgings have been renovated, Il Fienile and La Casina, ideal for couples or families with children.
Each room is equipped with: TV, Wi-Fi, individual heating, air conditioning, personalized linen and courtesy set for the bathroom (soap, shampoo, shower cap)

Our small restaurant offers typical Tuscan dishes, fruit of the family's expert hands and experience. The recipes follow the seasonality of the products, and use everything the company produces: vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, wine, vinsanto, jams, fruits.

The other raw materials (meat, cured meats, cheeses) are purchased from local producers, to better savor a slice of Tuscany.

Our farm is run organic, does not involve the use of fertilizers or pesticides harmful to our bodies and the environment, and uses fresh and genuine, without the use of preservatives. Our jams, EVO oil and wine can be purchased directly in our company store, or we can ship them. We always suggest contacting us to verify the opening of the store.
