It is located on the second floor of the main farmhouse, reflects the typical tuscan style, with wooden ceiling beams, wooden window frames and iron traditional terracotta tiled floor. In the cost of accommodation is always included breakfast with local products, served in the old wine cellar on the ground floor.

The check-in is from 16.00 to 23.00. In case of special requirements you can contact us.
WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO LEAVE THE ROOM?
The room must be vacated by 10.00. In case of need, you can leave your luggage and use the common areas.
THE SWIMMING POOL IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?
The swimming pool is reserved for guests staying in the property
HOW CAN I BOOK?
You can send a booking request directly from the website by entering the dates, the number of people, and choosing the room or apartment.
We will confirm your booking request as soon as possible.

CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
Se l'acconto è stato fatto con bonifico o PayPal non è prevista cancellazione (non si restituisce l’acconto).
If it was made with paper instead:
- If the cancellation occurs more than 10 days before arrival, the deposit will not be charged;
- otherwise the pre-authorized amount will be withdrawn.
If a deposit is paid, it will be held for 12 months from the booking date, for any future vacation, subject to availability.
