In our little restaurant we prepare traditional tuscan food, according to the seasonal farm products.
We buy meat, salumi and cheese by local producers, to taste at the best a corner of Tuscany. You can have breakfast and dinner in the old “tinaia”, the ancient room before the wine cellar.
Since July 2009, we have been entitled to prepare gluten-free food, rigorously checked and verified by the AIC (Italian Celiac Association), as designed, AFC (Eating Out Association). So, for people with celiac disease, we prepare tasty breakfasts and delicious meals, in the tradition of Tuscan recipes.
